Donald Gray II teaches business professionals how to use AI on the work already in front of them. He started his career as an Apple Creative Pro, formally trained at Apple's Cupertino campus to teach customers and store teams how to actually use the tools in their hands. Today he's an Agent Experience Manager at Compass, where his AI workshops generate the kind of demand most speakers spend years trying to create.

He has trained 500+ professionals across DC, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, California, and virtual programs nationwide. His attendees open the apps, run prompts on their own files, and walk out using AI on the work they brought to the room.
